Recipe - Healthy Chicken
Tacos

Makes: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 10-15 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1 cup shredded low fat, reduced
sodium Cheddar cheese
- 2 (5 oz) cans or 1 (10 oz) can
Valley Fresh Premium Chunk White
Chicken, drained
- 8 ready made taco shells
Directions:
- Heat salsa until bubbly.
- Add chicken and gently mix.
- Reduce heat and continue heating
until chicken is heated through.
- Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of chicken
mixture into each shell and top with
cheese and lettuce.
- Give added zest by using your
family's favorite toppings - tomatoes,
black olives, sour cream, jalapenos. Be
as cool or as hot as you want to be!
