Baked Sweet Potato Chips

Makes: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 medium unpeeled sweet potatoes (about 12
ounces)
- Vegetable oil spray
Seasoning Ideas:
- Dried Rosemary
- Dried Parsley, crumbled
- Dried Mustard
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon
- Honey
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Lightly spray a
baking sheet with vegetable oil spray.
- In a
small bowl, combine seasoning ingredients of
your choice.
- Cut potatoes crosswise into
1/8-inch slices.
- Put a single layer on
baking sheet. Spray tops with vegetable oil
spray and sprinkle with seasoning mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
