Le
Doggett - Tae Bo Instructor
As a former high school teacher and cheerleading
coach who resigned to raise her two children Le
Doggett truly missed the experience of
motivating and encouraging people to
achievement.
In November, 2005 she was blessed with the
opportunity to go to California and train with
Billy Blanks in a Tae Bo® instructor
certification boot camp. Instructors were
selected from the group based on a written test,
physical fitness, and technique in execution of
the Tae Bo® steps with a sincere desire to help
others achieve weight loss, strength training
and cardiovascular fitness goals Tae Bo® is a
program that combines the best variety of
different exercise disciplines to provide an
overall workout. Tae Bo® is the combination of
self-awareness and the control of martial arts,
the focus and strength of boxing, and the grace
and rhythm of dance.
Martial arts and boxing develop strength,
speed, balance, coordination and awareness. The
dance moves give the workout energy and rhythm
that improves coordination and body awareness
and provides a workout for the heart.
Try it once and you will be hooked! |
