required to choose a set weekly schedule, which
they will set up with their trainer. Any changes
are for emergencies only and at the availability
of their trainer. All monthly fees will be
pre-paid and will be auto-debited each month. A
minimum 3 month agreement is required on our
Prestige Training Plan, it's all about long term
commitments to your health and fitness goals.
After the initial 3 month term your UFP will
continue to renew each month, cancel anytime
afterwards in writing prior to your next debit /
draft date. Sessions not used within any given
week will be forfeited. Savings above are based
on standard PT Rates and monthly membership
dues. |
